Research

As members of the faculty of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, the physicians of the PC-FPA are researchers as well as physicians. Every day of the year, the observations we make while treating patients are shaped into questions that are then tested through our research. The outcomes from this research then guide the care we provide to individual patients. The result is that our patients receive tomorrow’s medicine today. Our research is also shared with physicians worldwide through publication in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Because of the superb reputations of our staff and their colleagues, patients frequently travel to The Mount Sinai Medical Center from all over the world for diagnosis and treatment.
